Saturday mornings

Stop dreaming about following a top chef through the farmers market. Get behind one. Join culinary tour guide Liz Biro for a coffee tasting and morning treats at Hot Pink Cake Stand. Then, with coffees in hand, it's a short stroll to downtown Wilmington's abundant Riverfront Farmers Market for more tastings and to make a few purchases, which we'll bring to one more more chefs for a hands-on cooking class or cooking demo. Learn to shop the market like a professional chef. You'll never consider frozen vegetables again.

Heart of Downtown

Downtown Wilmington is a food lover's dream, and this tour gets to the heart of this delicious area. A melting pot of flavors make up the fabulous menu of food, cocktail and wine tastings at 7 downtown restaurants. Plus, you‘ll hob nob with the city’s top chefs, go inside its best kitchens, and get a cooking lesson, too. All of this comes with big servings of Wilmington food history and restaurant dish. Find out where to eat and how the Port City become a foodie paradise.

Drinks Downtown Cocktail Walking Tour

Coming soon: 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday or Thursday. Available now for private groups of 4 or more.  

Quick-paced and cool, featuring imaginative cocktails, fine wines, N.C. craft beers and maybe a surprise nosh at 5 downtown Wilmington hot spots. Hear about the Port City's drink history and meet the magic-making mixologists behind its best bars. Get cocktail tips and tales from a nationally recognized master mixologist and discover how to pair sweet, local wines with irresistible desserts. Who knows what you'll shake up after toasting on this tour!
